This cozy fully furnished studio is ideally located in New Cairo at a very quiet, and safe area in front of El Zohour sporting club. Walking distance from The American University in Cairo and Point 90 Mall. Your Nest comes with its own kitchenette, a private toilet, along with a large bed, a wardrobe, a desk area and a shared and free laundry area. There’s also a shared lobby area for you to get acquainted with your fellow residents, lounge in or co-work.

Reservations are monthly and for ladies only. You can check out our other Nests for families or mixed group accommodations.
Bear in mind that there are some construction in the building, so you may hear some noise.

cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.

Late check-out policy
Late check out requests are subject to availability.
Check out between 11:00 AM till 15:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged 25% of the daily rate published on our website.
Check out between 15:00 PM till 18:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged 50% of the daily rate published on our website.
Check out after 18:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged full day charges of the daily rate published on our website.
