Rental Cards fees:

Guests require rental cards to access Marassi gates and North Beach.

BIRD NEST team will help you out issuing the rental cards by submitting your national id and a personal photo 48 hours prior to your check-in.

Reservations at Marassi are exclusively open to families and girls only. Single-gender groups are not permitted, except for non-Arab guests, provided they comply with the resort's guidelines and regulations.

Check-in is after 15:00 at your convenience.

Check out is at 11:00.

Surface parking is available.

We provide weekly house keeping, free of charge and daily house keeping is for extra fees ($30).
