Rental Cards fees:

Guests require rental cards to access Marassi gates and North Beach.

BIRDNEST team will help you out issuing the rental cards by submitting your national id and a personal photo 48 hours prior to your check-in.

Fees are determined by Marassi Management.

Please note

Reservations at Marassi are exclusively open to families and girls only. Single-gender groups are not permitted, except for non-Arab guests, provided they comply with the resort's guidelines and regulations.

Kindly note:

Access to the beach in Marassi is limited to North Beach only.

⁠If the beach is closed due to strong waves, tenants will not be able to access the beach area and will be limited to swimming pools and lagoons

Check-in is after 15:00 at your convenience.

Check out is at 12:00.

Surface parking is available.

We provide weekly house keeping, free of charge and daily house keeping is for extra fees ($30).

All reservations made at Marassi are non-refundable and non-changeable. It is essential to carefully consider your plans before making a reservation.
