Late check-out policy
Late check out requests are subject to availability.
Check out between 11:00 AM till 15:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged 25% of the daily rate published on our website.
Check out between 15:00 PM till 18:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged 50% of the daily rate published on our website.
Check out after 18:00 PM on the same day of departure, guests will be charged full day charges of the daily rate published on our website.
For Arab passport holders, couples must submit an official marriage certificate. Visitors of the opposite sex are not allowed unless they're first degree relatives.
Tenants are allowed to access the beach throughout the week, except during weekends and official holidays, which are reserved for property owners and their families
Pets are not allowed (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated.
Parties are prohibited (not even really quiet ones).
Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 Pm – 8:00 Am.
We provide weekly housekeeping free of charge but daily housekeeping is for extra fees ($30).
Check-in is after 15:00 at your convenience.

Tenants are allowed to access the beach throughout the week, except during weekends and official holidays, which are reserved exclusively for property owners and their families.
Access to the beach in Marassi is limited to North Beach only.
If the beach is closed due to strong waves, tenants will not be able to access the beach area and will be limited to swimming pools and lagoons
Reservations at Marassi are exclusively open to families and girls only. Single-gender groups are permitted for non-Arab guests only.
Arab couples must submit an official marriage certificate prior to booking. Visitors allowed are only of first-degree relatives.
