Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• Full payment upon reservation
• Full refund up to 3 weeks before arrival
• 50% refund up to 2 weeks before arrival
• Less than 2 weeks: Non-refundable
• Arab couples must submit an official marriage certificate prior to booking. Visitors allowed are only of first-degree relatives.
• Pets are prohibited (not even really cute ones)
• Parties are prohibited.
• Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 Pm – 8:00 Am.
