Rental Cards fees:
Guests require rental cards to access Marassi gates and North Beach.
BIRD NEST Team will help you out issuing the rental cards by submitting your national id and a personal photo 48 hours prior to your check-in.
Fees are determined by Marassi Management and are not included in the rent amount.
Refunds and Changes
All reservations made at Marassi are non-refundable and non-changeable. It is essential to carefully consider your plans before making a reservation.

Reservations in Marassi are exclusively open to families and girls only. Single-gender groups are permitted for non-Arab guests only.
Additional fees apply for housekeeping services and lost access/beach cards. Lost cards incur a 1,000 EGP fee.
Check-in is after 15:00 at your convenience.

Pets are not allowed (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated.
Parties are prohibited (not even really quiet ones).
Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 Pm – 8:00 Am.
We provide weekly housekeeping free of charge but daily housekeeping is for extra fees ($30).
Kindly note that each rental card price will increase on total amount of the booking.
