The policy and rules of Marassi Compound for visitor access to North Beach:
Tenants are allowed to access the beach throughout the week, except during weekends and official holidays, which are reserved exclusively for property owners and their families.
Guests require rental cards to access Marassi gates and North Beach.
BIRD NEST Team will help you out issuing the rental cards by submitting your national id and a personal photo 48 hours prior to your check-in.
Fees are determined by Marassi Management.

Check-in is after 15:00 at your convenience.

House insurance policy
Insurance down payment is due before check-in (refundable after the end of the booking duration).

- As per Emaar policies, guests require rental cards to access Marassi gates and North Beach, guests are only allowed at North Beach with no access to Safi beach nor beach clubhouse.

- For Arab passport holders, couples must submit an official marriage certificate. Visitors of the opposite sex are not allowed unless they're first degraee relatives.
- Pets are not allowed (not even really cute ones) unless otherwise stated.
- Parties are prohibited (not even really quiet ones).
- Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 Pm – 8:00 Am.
- We provide weekly housekeeping free of charge but daily housekeeping is for extra fees ($30).
- Kindly note that each rental card price will increase on total amount of the booking.
